Like the title states, I am looking to buy a used expandable tent trailer (one of those things that look like a rectangular box). My hope is to put a few lift blocks or AAL on it and some bigger MT tires.

Then I can hook 'er up and take off to more remote camping areas.

Anyone have any experience with something like this or have any good ideas to also consider? Me and my girl love camping but it would be a blast to do t his...

Not much yet, got a pretty good sound system w/ my custom sub box. Plan on adding more lights & a tool box.

The only thing I wonder about is how it is supposed to articulate seperate from the vehicle.

Also when on a descent, if the trailer flips sideways it could drag your truck sideways and roll you down the hill.

...Just a few things I'm thinking about. I guess you just have to keep it reasonable and be smart about where your going realizing that you actually do have a trailer hitched to your rig. It sounds like so much fun though and is definitly better than a tent!!!

i think some of those adventure trailers offer an articulating hitch for offroad purposes...obviously you wouldnt want to go on extreme trails with it...but some of them are designed for heavy offroad expedition type trips
