Has anyone ever used/had experience with the Westin MAX winch tray? It seems like a decent mount, says it is rated for a winch up to 12,000. Prices seem to be around the 250-300 range. Would you recommend something like this?
I am not looking to add a new plate bumper.

I'm not sure how/where it bolts on, but I'd bet that it's a solid unit. My guess is that not too many people on this site have run it because a system like that really hurts the approach angle of your rig. On the other hand, it looks like it's pretty easy to install and remove and is probably much cheaper than getting a front bumper to carry your winch.
