    This is after getting up a nasty snow-covered fireroad up in Big Bear. My '04 pre-runner had no problem but I did have chains on...CHP required it...

    Yea the desert is wide open and goes for days! Ive barely explored out there but theres tons of prerunner friendly acreage begging to be driven

    I took the family out there a couple weeks ago. I live next to furman and it was about 45 min. Lot of other people out there but plenty of trails where you hardly see anyone except around the end of carver mill Rd. where everyone unloads their atvs and dirt bikes. Its got some awesome trails for a free place.

    The sky is the limit with my PreRunner ;) Dare me to take a challenge and I'm usually game. Just because some have 4x4 doesn't mean they know how to drive it :) I know how to drive my 2wd and I don't live on the East coast. We here in AZ can get by just fine with Prerunners.
