Is this possible? ARB

Is the plastic bump stops on an arb bumper removable? Im looking into getting an arb or either a tjm. if you are able to cut them off how does it look? I installed an arb on my fj and liked the smooth front end v's the protruding bump stop.

I was imagining plugs or round head lag bolts, maybe with Alan or Torx heads, but good point.
