    Well its almost that time again, not just for an adventure, but an ULTIMATE ADVENTURE!

    Some follow my build and some don't, so I figured I would start a separate thread for this in the offroading section.

    Every year Petersons has a private run, for magazine staff and a handful of invited readers in a secret place somewhere in the US. You must be completely self sufficient, live out of your truck, and wheel all week without whining:D

    Well I am happy to say after much anticipation, I got the call last week from Mr. Rick Pewe himself telling me I got accepted into the DIRTY DOZEN. Now this doesn't mean I am in yet, but I made it past the hundreds of other applicants and am in the final selection process!

    They pick 6 trucks to wheel with them, so from here its a 50/50 chance! Keep you fingers crossed!

    So far only a few of the dirty dozen have come out and here are there pictures so far, beginning with yours truly :D

    Find out by the end of the month if I am in. The article with the application said four get picked, but the email from Mr. Pewe yesterday said he looks forward to picking the final 6 to go!

    If picked we find out in May the top secret starting point (anywhere in the CONUS), and the trip is late June as always.

    I will post up the link once they get the dirty dozen on there website so you all can comment on how I should get picked! :D

    Just remember that a lot of the information is TOP SECRET and will not be shared until months after the trip when the magazine articles are out.
