High centered

Just came back from Colorado . We rented a Willys Wheeler and did Mineral Creek to Engineer Pass, Animas Forks, California Gulch and Corkscrew Gulch. Would an Off-Road Double cab Tacoma get hung up or should I look at an FJ? Thanks.
