any update on this, I cannot find a whole lot of information that actually says if it passed or not, although I think it is only in sub-committee. I did read a blog where the guy says it is a longshot that it passes and that it has been on the books for quite a few years.

It is painful to watch... this thing is more than 3 hours. I just wish that people would realize how important it is to know your politicians - I know this board doesn't like politics - just one more reason why so many people have their heads in the sand. All of these people have been voted into office. I just hope this can be a lesson for many to be careful who you vote for and the ramification of their actions NOT just THEIR WORDS! To hear this guy from NY saying how much beauty is there. He probably hasn't spent any real time taking in this type of beauty. I have. I go backpacking a minimum of 3 times per year and know the beauty behind a wheel and with a pack on my back. I wish these clowns did too.
