    like how the springs are originally suppose to bow..well mine are the exact opposite of that.i hauled a couple loads of heavy things and now they are bent..they originally bow down and now they bow up

    Did you take notice to how the leaf springs looked before you hauled some stuff? The 1st gen leaf springs have a 'reversed' arch appearance to them from the factory.

    Post some pictures.... or take a trip to your local dealer and look at some of the stock 95-04 tacomas and see if your springs are similar looking.

    And if you want to lift your truck - you're far better off buying a completely new set of springs.
