Fort Hood tx rainy day off roading.

So I just had finished work for the day when I get a call from one of my buddies.
Their 1SG sent them out into the back of fort hood in there trucks to pick up a old tractor tire to use for PT the next morning. Well it started pooring rain. One of there trucks was stuck so he called me to come out and try and tow him out. So having my new Taco I was happy to oblige.
They didn't tell me how bad he was stuck....

I made my way out to about 10 feet from him and almost got myself stuck.. was able to rock it out (first time using the locker on my taco)

We ended up calling out 3 other trucks all were mudding tires and none were able to pull this dude out. Not even the diesel v8. The clay was to slick to get infront of him so we tryed pulling from the hillside.

So the truck is still out there. But I tooled around all over they got great tank and Humvee trials on hood.

Thanks for the vids.

I was born on the base in Fort Hood. My dad was stationed there during Vietnam and we lived in Mineral Wells/Kileen..

Lots of bugs out there.
