Leaf springs or Blocks?

Hey guys I have a quick question. I have the 3" revtech lift with blocks on my 07 Tacoma. Which is better for offroading, leaf springs or the blocks? Better yet how could I get more flex/travel out of the rear? Thats really what im after...Thanks

Sorry for the newb questions but will thoughs make the same highth as the front or higher? I dont mind the rear being an inch higher then the front if need be. I just dont want a rake.
