    My brother in law went through that academy. His was weekends only - 48 hours a week essentially. It was up in Sylmar off the 210, near Angeles shooting range.

    He said they'd smoke 'em pretty good.

    Ive been through a 48hr academy in east LA. 48hrs a weekend for 6 weekends. it was killer.

    my new work out. start 20 pushups, hit beam with 8lb sledge 20 times each arm, 1 min leg lifts, 10 mountain climbers, end by carring big rock 200ft. rep 5x

    Go to a local heavy equipment tire shop or ask a regular tire shop for leads to one and ask for a used tire that they are going to get rid of. Chances are that you'll get it for free

    goodbye for 2 weeks TW!! leaving in a few mins to go to the academy, then straight from there to a summer camp.
