Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.

It helps to leave one hanging in the tree...............as a reminder.

Thank about talking to the landlord? If its assigned parking and they are reasonable, they might get the tree pruned back to help. Don't know the logistics of it all, but sometimes simple reasoning works well.

:DEasy to remedy this problem. put rice in a bird feeder along with bird feed. When they eat the rice it will expand in their stomachs and kill them. You can also put some alka seltzer in there is well as it will do the same thing.

    pellet guns are fun also!

Paintball gun works. Lets you see the stupid ones that come back then you can hit them with frozen paintballs. We had a squirrel problem in GA with them getting into our shed. Any time they were on on near it, they got hit with paintballs. They learned that was a no go area.

I had a major problem with bird using the pool as a water hole when I bought my house.

You can buy "hawk eyes" that hang in the tree and move with the wind. <- never tried them

Rubber snakes are suppose to help too <- Never tried them

I bought a motion sensor sprinkler... works perfectly.

They will come back for years, pigeons remember their favorite places for generations. It takes some major event to cause them to move on for good. If the water is turned off to the sprinkler for more than two days, there will be twenty of them trying for the pool.

A girl I knew in college had a pet dove that I used to torment with a rubber snake; it would freak out every time it saw that thing.

id break out the cash and buy a real owl or falcon and train it to terrorize the other birds and stay in the yard. then it will always work lol and when the job is done you have a kick ass bird to play with!
