Saw a Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8 today and it caught my eye with interest. Is this thing a chick car or is it kinda manly if you do a few mods like exhaust, wheels, tint to make it different. Trust me I'm not selling the taco to get a car. Check it out with an exhaust.

i just don't like cars. i'm not calling anyone that drives a car a homo, i just don't like being behind the wheel of a car. it just doesn't feel right, lol. i don't have a desire to go fast, burn my tires, put on body kits, etc. i'd much rather be behind the wheel of a truck or larger suv. that's why i think it's dumb to have an x-runner, lower your truck, and all that. the truck is pretty much as useless as a car at that point.

Its the same as Phantom is to the Chrysler 300.

Sure the 300 looks solid, and you can pimp it out, but its no real deal.

I wouldn't say its a chick car.... the celica is a chicks car

The genesis got some sick reviews in motor trend, and it beat out the v6 versions of the camaro and mustang, or at least handled and felt better on road. I'd rock it

Cool car and look great actually. IDK why people would just pick the bigger motor over the 2.0T. The turbo motor would yield much more power, mod for mod.

I took a turbo 4 out for a drive. I liked it, it handled good and went pretty good the interior was nice too.

You think so? I know nothing about tuning car motors. Figured if you wanted more power you could supercharge/turbo the V6. Well you'd save weight with the 2.0T.

For sure man. Factory turbo cars are HEAVILY detuned. Usually a reflash, intake and exhaust can add as much as 40-60 hp on these cars. On a BMW 335i or 135i, a Juice Box tuner chip adds easily 100 rwhp for $600.

On N/A motors... there's not a whole lot to mess with electronically.
