Wheel Bearing or Tire Wear

My wife's 2007 Camry has a noticeable noise when driving down the road. It's noticeable at all speeds. We started noticing it right after we had the tires rotated (a few months ago). At first I just thought it was tire wear or my front brakes (I new they were due for replacement). Today I did the brakes and the noise is still there. I tried rotating the tires to get them back to the original position before we heard the noise. Noise is still there. All four tires are feathered on the inside even though we consistently have the alignment checked. Tires are Bridgestone Potenza. Any ideas? Any way I can check to tell if it's a wheel bearing or the tire feathering?

Thanks.
