    hair fell out in salt water while dead., possibly combined with mange.
    'beak' is just the angle wee see this racoon's half rotted skull from
    remember, skull don't come with a cute black nose. looks like the front teeth fell out of the skull too.

    the claw/hands are just hald rotted racoon hands.
    that's also the length of a racoon's tail when hairless.

    mystery solved.
    i wanted to think this was something cooler too, but....
