Ok for you Public Safety/Military guys, we all know that stress can often build up while on the job, due to the nature of calls and crap we see and experience while on duty. I for one enjoy practical jokes (outta the sight of the general public of course). Any of you guy/gals have stories or what not, post 'em up.

    I'll start..

A few years back, one of our Rookies, while on FTO, left his Squad car unsecured in the substation parking lot. Myself and another Field Training Officer grabbed all the stuffed animal donations (5 garbage bags full) and completety filled the interior of his vehicle up from floor to ceiling. Needless to say, he didn't say a single word to either of us when he came back inside form the discovery...:D

This was not me- but a good friend of mine told me about it.

One of the new guys was talking a lot a smack...so some of the guys got together, pulled out the pepper spray, and coated his steering wheel and shifter with it. He didn't notice until he got his date home that night and they started getting...intimate. If you've worked with OC- You know that guy never got a second date with that chick.

    Well,

If you're in a sea going service you should know about the shore line, the keys to the sea chest, mail buoy, prop wash and DC punch.

All a good prank to pull on the fresh seaman and fireman from bootcamp!

Itching? Have you ever felt OC spray? If not take lighter fluid, pour it over your face and junk then let it on fire. Try to put it out... with gasoline! That pretty much sums up what it's like to get hit with it and wash it off.

ooohhh...did that once to a coworker! it was priceless :)

and the stuffed animal one? that was unique but packing peanuts work a million times better ... especially if they're static-y.

crepe papered an entire cubicle once, not an inch of anything was left uncovered.

if you're in an office setting and you use a wireless mouse, get a duplicate and hide it under some papers on your desk...as your coworker is on the phone just give the mouse on your desk a nudge and watch him/her freak out because they can't control their computer.

change the language settings on their computers (just be sure to pick a language that you understand so that you can change them back)

built a full size coffin and headstone for my boss's 50th birthday

shrink wrapped a coworkers keyboard, mouse, phone, etc to the ceiling

hid massive amounts of airfresheners in an office...and then left the door closed over a long weekend. the smell was enough to knock a person out come monday morning!

thats all i can think of for now, i'm sure there's more...

one of our supervisors left his car unsecured...and running...at region HQ once...we had gone by there for something else...found his car like that and promptly moved it about 100 yards away on the other side of the lot (region is located inside a mall)...i had a big ball of wrinkled used up crime scene tape left over from a shooting and we proceeded to wrap most of his car in crime scene tape...including one 10ft piece tied to the underside of his rear bumper and tucked up under the car

turn on lights/siren and lock the doors and walk away

bout an hour later he shows up at a call with a long crime scene tape tail and a nasty attitude

he hasnt left his car unsecured since

When I was stationed in Dover we used to pull pranks on the guys that would drive us to the planes parked down the flight line... Using zip ties to hold the door shut from the inside..... lubing up there windshield wipers and door handles.... Putting the bad bulbs we had changed out in their hub caps..... zip ties on the drive shaft.... And a really good one is running a jumper wire from their turn signal fuse or 4 way flasher to the horn fuse.... Then every time they would pull up in front of a plane and put on the 4 ways we would be dying laughing.

    old one but still funny

take a screen shot of the desktop, put it as the desktop background, remove his shortcuts, and watch them go crazy when they can't open any of the shortcuts.
