    two jobs, one is easy 2-4 hours a day 4 days a week, the other is set swinging 40hrs. Two of them graveyards shifts.

    I do the same thing. When I do get to bed after staying up all day I wake up at 4 am ready to save the world...it can suck.

    bone stock save for the block lift that came on it with the open country m/t.
    I work 12 hour days after a couple of years of straight nights. I don't miss the night shift turnaround. felt like I had been run over by a truck. all I wanted to do is sleep. and in the midst of that, I was so used to nights, that on my days off, I would be up till about 3 or 4 in the am, good times. but alas, that all changed when I had a kid, all I did was sleep. oh the good times. :D

    my regular "schedule" is from 0530-1400

    i work from 0500-God knows when

    Last night i was "off-duty" and spent 3 hours in the middle of an intersection with a felony hit and run involving a moped :mad:

    I pulled into my driveway around 2330 and had to be back up this morning at 0400

    That would be tough. At least if it's consistent you can eventually get used to it. Some of the guys I knew in the Navy used to do 8 hours on 8 hours off, aboard ship.

    Unfortunately I am not working, but usually work from 8:00am to 4:30pm depending on what the job is. I have worked shift like 6:00am to 12:am and those shift suck!!

    None of the shifts in the poll are what I work. Mine is rotating days/nights 12 hr shifts, work 7 days & 7 nights in 28 days.
