DIRTBIKE HELP! forks will not rebound!

    so i have a 2009 wr250f and i blew my seals..i just got them replaced and now when i compress the fork they dont come back up what so ever..im really pissed off about this[​IMG]..i also installed seal savers

    just going off of my mountain bike forks here..... check how much fluid is in the fork, check out the springs, is the fork supposed to be under pressure? maybe it lost pressure?


    thats about all i can think of. never worked on motorcycle forks.

    i might just take it back to the shop and be like umm did you forget to put the springs back in there LOL

    if a shop did it i would definitely take it back and make them fix what ever is wrong.

    yeah take it back to that shop. did you get that front brake worked out. you sent me a PM today but it didnt say anything...

    Oh woops sorry! I'm going to try to get the breaks sorted tommaro..but now I need to fix my forks..they don't come up AT ALL after being compressed

    ill tell ya first hand take it back to the shop. i ride sport bikes and have had guys tell me horror stories about people dickin up forks at shops. make sure theyre good before you leave.

    How much are they supposed to rebound? What is the cause of this?
