So today I'm driving home from work with my kids and we witness one of the most messed up and disturbing things. As I'm making my right turn I see a kid on his BMX bike heading towards the crosswalk, so naturally I slow down to let him cross, well at the same time there another kid crossing the street from the opposite direction but he is farther away so I continue through my turn after the bike passes through. Well, as I'm getting through the crosswalk I see the asshole pedestrian punch the kid on the bike, knock him off and get on his bike and ride away! WTF is wrong with people?

I felt so helpless.:( I was on the wrong side of the road and since there was a median and lots of rush hour traffic I couldn't turn around or do anything to help.

Ok, I feel better, I had to rant about it somewhere.

I guess you didn't read my post. Couldn't turn around, rush hour traffic, median, going wrong way. What, do you want me to stop in the middle of the road, jump out, punch him and have him jump in my truck with my kids in the backseat and steal my truck/kids? My family is more important to me than some strangers bike. I felt bad for him and just wanted to vent about it. I figured you guys might have some stories to tell of crap you saw like that. The second post on here about me not chasing him made me laugh. I'm not surprised by the fact that it happened, but I still wonder WTF is wrong with people?

Never thought of that, it's def possible. But the pedestrian looked like a hoodlum to me, yes I'm judging based on looks, cause 9 times out of 10 it's right on and I don't get mad at people for judging me in the same way, but that doesn't mean I'm wrong, it just means I'm biased.
