I ordered a speaker box last week and it has been in Portland Oregon since thursday. When i ordered my amp the same day (but UPS) it was here sat. and wasnt suppose to be here until jan. 7. so what causes a item to sit in a wearhouse for 4 days? i know they couldnt of done anything on sunday. but come on, no movement at all in 4days?

i've never had a problem with fedex. imo i think they are the best out of the 3(fedex, ups, usps). sometimes packages just don't get scanned when they are suppose to be. it happened to me but i just wait until the estimated delivery time and if still no delivery, time to call

The tracking number might not have been updated for various reasons. FedEx doesn't sit on packages by any means.

I've seen the same thing happen even with UPS. Sometimes the tracking system isn't updated and then all of a sudden the package shows up. Just be patient and if after the delivery date it's not there, then be mad.

Check out the service that your supplier used - FedEx has a service called smartpost - it can be as slow as usps......could be that your supplier just picked the dirt cheap service and hosed you.....make sure your supplier didn't charge you $50 for shipping or something - like I said, smartpost is DIRT cheap....

Trust me when I say that UPS is the worst!!!! My brother use to work in there warehouse at the airport, and he would always tell me how they treat the packages, just throwing them around and kicking them, not giving a crap....
So now I always try to get Fedex, bc every package I get is always in great shape. (no holes)
