Need help finding website

I remember going to a website that had video of real life events in which their commentary was hilarious no matter how sad the event.

I believe it was two, possibly three, male voices. (Almost positive two.)

One video that stands out in my mind is one where an elderly woman with a walker was roughed up by a mugger. They commented on her hair and used references such as "Down goes Frasier".

Though it sounds barbaric, the commentary is ridiculously funny. I am pretty sure I found it through TW but once again, not certain. Any help would be appreciated.
