    alot of the older ones like from the mid to late 1900s were built better than the ones today and a new name for the should be show bars because thats all they do

    I'm gonna make one out of 3/4" CPVC (the good shit) and show you what's up. I even have some orange CPVC in the warehouse for the extra "bling" factor.

    Lights on top of the truck are illegal in my state anyway. Have you checked your states regulations?

    where i live has 2 city cops and 3 county cops that are always in one place, i usually drive around at night with my 4 kc lights on. in the 13 miles from my girls house to mine i might pass 2 people.:D

    nope, not really concerned to honestly. the cops around here dont enforce anything like that.

    that sucks, I have alot of friends with mud bog trucks and we usually drive them around all over the place, I mean trucks with shoulder high floor boards and 44'' to 50" tires

    The biggest issue is state inspections. No lights above the headlights and any auxiliary lights have to be more than 20 inches apart. The dealership failed my truck on the 20 inch rule. I told them to cut the wires, but they insisted that the lights be removed entirely. The cops aren't that bad, but why give them an excuse?

    true, the only thing they worry about down here is when you do the inspection you cant have a cracked windshield and your tint has to be tested. other than that they dont care. the reason the tint laws got so bad is because 2 cops were shot and killed on a traffic stop for some mediocre offense, like a blown tail light bulb they perp's shot them through the limo tinted side window and drove off.
