If you havnt noticed that we are selling our FJ.

    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/buy-sell-trade/135346-fs-2008-toyota-fj-crusier-24-500-a.html

So I am looking for suggestions.. Non-Bias.. for something for mommy to get.

We need something that can hold 2 car seats, a Double Stroller, 2 parents and 2 dogs at a minimum.

The wife didnt want a minivan but is starting to lean towards it.. so I am hoping to find something else we can get that can reach our needs.

so post your suggestions and maybe some specs & pics.

The new 4Runner is badass, though a bit pricey.

The 1st generation Sequoia's are awesome SUVs. My Mom has one with near 130K on it, still drives like new. The 4.7 V8 has got some power behind it, and theirs plenty of room in the cabin. A 4x4 one can be found with low miles easily for well under $20K

If a 4Runner is big enough, that'd be a good option. If you need something bigger maybe a Sequia. Other brands, the Tahoes are really nice but all of those options are pretty expensive. Maybe another option would be a Tacoma with a cap for the dogs?

A 4Runner would be nice, but if you have to go with a minivan, definitely look at the Toyota Sienna and the Honda Oddesy (sp).

Are you buying new or used?

Whatever you are going to buy make sure it's something that will hold it's resale value because once the kids are a little older you may want to downsize.

My kids are now 10 and 6 and this is something we have been thinking about doing. We have a '09 Honda Pilot and it has held it's value well over the last 2 years.
