what i did is type on a piece of paper "____ will you go to prom with me" in maybe about size 24 font and printed it out cut along so it was a long strip.
sprayed a funnel with cookin spray, melted chocolate in it and let it dry. in the tip of it ( bottom of funnel) i put the paper in the large candy kiss. let it fully dry shaved the tip to look little better like a candy kiss, wrapped it in tin foil then surrounded it with little candy kiss's..... make sense ?

 

yeah dude just ask her and dont be really nervous about it. or bring her a flower and ask er at the same time. idk the girl i went to prom with was my gf of 6 months so i dont really have any experience under my belt.

I agree with whoever said do the corny, memorable shit. You feel like the biggest bitch in the world doing it but the girls love that crap. Two years ago I asked this girl to prom by filling her car up to the roof with ballons (left her sunroof open) and wrote all over the windows. Got a bunch of shit from the guys but she liked it a lot. OH and she's been my girlfriends since then so idk

Don't use all that HS stuff. Don't ask her. Tell her.

Talk to her for 5-10 minutes about things she likes. Ask her what she wants to be when she's on her on. Ask her what her dream vacation would be. Throw in some humor at every chance. Don't try to impress her on anything.
Talk to her another 10-15 minutes, Say, "hey, come here, I want to talk to you." Then, ask her opinion about how she thinks guys should dress...jeans, shoes, hairstyle, whatever.
Talk to her again, the next day, another 5-10 minutes.
At the end of each talking session, say abrubtly, "hey, nice talking to you... I gotta go!" (don't say WHY you have to go, just go)
THEN on the 4th or 5th time, don't ASK her ANYTHING. Just say, "Hey! Let's go to the prom...YOU and ME!" Look her directly in the eyes and and smile. But don't say anything after that.
If she hestitates, say, while grinning, "come onnnnnn. Let's Go! It'll be fun." Don't ask. Suggest or tell her. But never ask.
If she still hestates, jokingly say, ok, you have 10 seconds, and grin.
If she says she'll get back to you, joke about it, and say there are 99 other girls on the list, but YOU were your first choice. Then say, "come on, what'da'ya say?!"
If she genuinely has to check it out with her parents, say "may I come over and talk to them?"
After all this, if she still balks, shrug it off, and say, okay, maybe next year, and walk away.
