    :woot:I just got the call Docs have been sent to escrow and were signing at noon TODAY!!:yay::goingcrazy::goingcrazy::goingcrazy: This has to be the fastest short sale ever 29 days from the day we first looked at the property we are closing. i can't wait to start remodeling the house. It has a HVAC unit in the garage! heat or AC wile working on my truck :eek: hell yeah!
