Just found out my cousin might be on the show Ink Masters. They just called him for a recent head-to-toe shot. He does tattoos in Belding Michigan at Stigma Tattooz. He's in the top 50 of 40,000 applicants.

I use thin layers of aquaphor and have been for years and never any problems with healing. When you shower don't let the water hit it directly for at least the first few days to a week. Don't let direct sunlight hit it either, trust me, you'll know when the sunlight hits it, lol. Oh, and use old bed sheets cause the nice ones might get ruined from the ink, blood, and aftercare cream you use. Don't keep it covered with tight clothing when healing. If you get one on your leg, I don't know about others but my leg swelled up really bad for almost 1-2 weeks, I kept it elevated as much as possible and once it fully healed the swelling went down.

Yeah man, check out other shops as well and look through their portfolios and see what style you like cause no tattoo artist is the same.

Tip depends. I've only been tattooed by 1 person I was not personal friends with. And its was a 2 hour tattoo. I tipped him 20 bucks

When I've gone for 4-6 hour sessions with a friend doing my work I'll tip them 50 bucks or so and a bag of green stuff

It really depends. I usually start out tipping around $10 an hour but anything over 5 hours I stay with $50 as a tip. Establishing yourself with an artist helps as well in the long run because depending on how often you go in they may start hooking you up. When I got my sleeve I was running around $300 (including tip) for a 5-7 hour session and did I think 5 sessions, however, my last session was completely free. But before I went in for my sleeve I had already established a relationship with him from having him do my chest and my half sleeve so when I told him about the sleeve he said he'd hook me up cause his going rate out here is between $100-125 and hour.

First pass on color. More of a color shade. Still need to go back over it and add in all the bright color and detail

6 hours session. My arm feels like hamburger today
