This is ridiculous. I hope Fiorino gets to pursue some recourse against these assclowns.

    http://www.foxbusiness.com/on-air/s...arass-threaten-shoot-man-legally-carrying-gun

"A new investigation was launched, and last month the District Attorney's Office decided to charge Fiorino with reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct because, a spokeswoman said, he refused to cooperate with police... He's scheduled for trial in July."

I think his side is stated on the recording.

This is exactly why I have a shortcut to voice record on my phone.

The thread shouldn't get locked as long as no one starts bashing cops. There are some good cops out there, just not the ones in the story who full well deserve to be bashed imo.

Lol oh they will be here soon. I really can't blame the cops on this one and we all know I hate cops.does everyone know every rule that obtains to thier jobs? That dude was looking for a pay day.who records thier daily life unless they are expecting something to happen.I do think it's silly now they want to press charges cuz he made them look stupid on YouTube.oh the fragile souls couldn't handle it so now they want payback.we are talking about a gun not blowing a stop sign.if the cop asked you to get down,GET DOWN for everyones safety. It could have been straighten out and not blown out of proportion.

I'm sorry but this ass clown is a Sargent and should know if it is legal or not, especially when it is legal to open carry everywhere in PA besides Philly without a license. You could hear the collective of these idiots talking about how they think that it needs to be concealed.

    1. Is open carry legal in PA? Answer: Yes, with some restrictions.
Anyone whom can legally own a firearm in the commonwealth can openly carry, on foot, with the exception of court facilities, federal buildings, motor vehicles and cities of the first class (Philadelphia)
Those person possessing a valid License to Carry Firearms are also permitted to carry openly (or concealed) while in a vehicle and in cities of the first class.
    2. Do I need a permit to open carry in PA? A PA License to Carry Firearms (LTCF) is needed to open carry in a vehicle and cities of the first class (Philadelphia)
A LTCF is not needed for open carry on foot in the rest of the commonwealth save for prohibited areas.

Idiots like these should be removed from the gene pool. This guy was just looking for a payday plain and simple. Who records their every move - assclowns like this guy.

Besides - if you can sue the powers-that-be for making a fool look like an idiot then the mods here need to watch out. There will be a whole list of people they have smacked with the ban stick that will be looking for a payday!

Why is this even here? Why are we here? Some things make no sense... much like the direction of this thread. What is the point of it???? I think it is just taking up space in the slow lane of the Internet Super Highway. :D

Why exactly should he be removed from the gene pool? I guess for legally carrying a firearm or for being harassed by cops that don't know the law? I think anyone who doesn't have some way to record events handy at all times is just stupid. I have my phone handy and within 2 buttons I can be recording.

Once Texas goes open carry I will definitely have my 1911 on my side.
