    Yeah these remakes are ARRRRGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!! Remake of Bloodsport and Point Break among many others is SHIT:annoyed:

    But........there have been a few that are pretty badass. I heard the remake of Poltergeist is almost better than original. Doubt that but I wanna see it.

    It's always hit or miss. For us who grew up watching and cherishing the originals it's hard to swallow sometimes (giggidy) and most don't live up to our expectations. I'm sure our kids will feel the same for the few "original" movies they see remade in their time. I did like Dredd more than Judge Dredd. I hated the Halloween remakes though. Sometimes less is more.

    Watched Stephen King's "The Stand" this past weekend. Four parts on Netflix. Also read that they are going to do a remake of "IT". Not sure how I feel about that, I don't know if you can beat Tim Curry's performance.
