    Mike:

    1) From what I've been reading....I don't think so. That's why we still have institutions. Actually, as part of our overall strategy to deal with mental health problems, one of the first steps is to get people registered and actively posting on TW. After a few years, we move them to a dedicated "build" forum where they get to install a lift on their walker or wheelchair. The final stage involves.........uh, hold on, someone's at the door.....back in a minute.

    2) Yes you can. It's all in the mind. On a related note, before you get to the top of the cliff and start flapping, can you sign your Tacoma over to me? Just asking. :p :p

    Morning all.
Snow up to the mailbox looking out. Still coming down hard. Going to be a foot anyway.

Going to wait till it stops. I won't be able to take down the Christmas lights till spring this year. Have been pretty lucky over the years. Put the plow truck in a different spot to start but the wind was not as hard as I was hoping so my little snowless pocket didn't work out. So for now it's just waiting and drinking a cup of coffee.

Going to take some more pics for Sue and maybe I'll post a vid of the storm we had a few years ago.

    Rob,

Sorry for the delay in answering your question about the weather station. The specifications in the manual show a wind range up to 150 MPH.

Nothing to be sorry about. I appreciate the information very much. It's now definitely on the list of something I want. Better part of my 26 yrs active duty was Air Mobility Operations; I've briefed a lot of weather to pilots over the years, so it is something I have a decent understanding of and interest in. Thank you for looking that up for me. :)

    Good Morning All,

After much soul-searching and many sleepless nights I have decided, just for this thread, to change my name to TEX. Why? TACOMA Mike was here first and I thought it would be a good idea to avoid confusion in the future.

So, this Mike is now TEX.

Wow. Soul - searching, sleepless nights.
Usually I have that effect on women.
    Lol.
I appreciate your thoughtfulness and if it is what you prefer then that's fine but either way is no problem.
We are dazed and confused in here anyway so welcome TEX.......
