    Morning all.

Kristi and I took grandson to see the new Hobbitt movie, in IMAX 3D; the couple of times before I've been to one of those 3D movies I didn't care for the effect. We sat all the way up top in the back row this time and it was the first time I actually felt it enhanced the experience versus being irritating. I'm guessing it has something to do with how close I am to the screen and at what angle. :notsure:

Good movie if you like the series. :)

 Morning Carl. Good luck with the hunt. Keep yer powder dry. ;) :)

EDIT: Don, x2 on the DD-214. Make several copies, both paper and digital. As you already know with your medical records deal, this centralized/computerized stuff isn't always what they sell it to be. I've heard a couple of stories about lost ones--lot of wickets to make it thru getting another copy out of the system.

Welcome! I'm 10 yrs behind you, but they let me hang around, long as I respect my elders, mind my manners, and tend the cooler ... Which BTW is getting light, new guy buys. ;)

Just thought I'd check in with my peer group. Good to see some other geezers still out and about living life.

Alright. Time for my nap. :p

Welcome Bill and Dan to one of the few places left where you can still be called a n00b. By napping you'll fit right in with our token young punk Rob, who sagely notes....

If we're not cutting we're having a planning session...we have lots of planning sessions. That's me without my hat on.

    Evening all.
Steady day today with not to much drama.
Tomorrow is going to be hell as morons are going to wait for the last min to get major work done.

    Ok Don since you asked.

The race car is one of many we have or have had.
Of the ones we still have this is my favorite.
    It is a 1964 Elva MK7 S.
Powered by a 2.0 Liter BMW engine.
The coolant runs through part of the frame.
It's a big Go Kart on Steroids.
Not terribly blinding speed (about 150mph I think) on the front straight at Watkins Glen. But it is very nimble and quick on the corners. It's a finesse / momentum car so very smooth inputs gets this baby around.
Over a period of time you will see our cars in my sig. I do plan to update it for the new year.
Here are a few pics for you.
    ENJOY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good evening guys. Well Verizon did not tell me I needed to be home to sign for a new SIM card. FedEx came when I was out delivering for Meals on Wheel with my son. I am pretty pissed at them right now.
