As far as gambling goes. There is an old school metal horse racing game in the MGM. Takes quarters only. That, my friend is a fun game. You need to check it out

The best thing to do in Vegas is to not make a list of what to do.

Just pick a spot, and go check it out. There are so many shows and attractions, you won't have time to see even half of them. Just take a stroll on the strip, and let Vegas do it's job by surprising you at every turn.

I used to live less then 50 miles from Vegas, been there many times.

If you can, try and swing a cabana by a pool. It's hard to do, since they're kinda reserved for the high-rollers and whatnot, but totally worth it.

I've been to Vegas numerous times and there is a lot to do. I've stayed at the Hilton, Mandalay Bay and Venetian. Last time it was Venetian Sports Book all day and over to the Frontier at night for $5 blackjack.

Try the indoor skydiving if it's still there.

They have a sister joint in Pahrump...60 miles from Vegas.

As far as what to do in Vegas....hit the strip in the daytime, shops and restaurants for lunch...much cheaper than dinner prices...as someone mentioned Hash House at the IP for breakfast.

Nightime hit up Fremont St at night, cheap ass gambling, drinks and eats.

If your driving around....Red Rocks(great for bike riding as well), Hoover Dam/Lake Mead and Mt Charleston(brief escape from the heat).

Yes - and worth the price too.

And feed the nickle slots for your free drinks to help defray the cost of admission : )

Don't waste your time. I was in Vegas a month ago. The line was a 2 hour wait to get in building. REHAB at the hard rock on Sunday's insane. A must for anyone to check it out.rhino strip club is good. How many people you going with?

Oh, and forgot to mention... if you are there with a girl they like seeing :
    1) the Bellagio fountains from the top of the Paris Eiffel tower at night.
    2) Indoor Gondola rides at the Venetian.

    1. The acrobatic show KA was pretty insane.

    2. Of course gambling is fun even if you don't gamble a lot.

    3. They are a lot of expensive stores there (especially for women) in the premium outlets you can hit up.

    4. Hit up the Rio hotel and casino buffet. Every style of food you can imagine and very delicious. (Chinese, Italian, American, Seafood, etc.)

The Palms Hotel and Casino was pretty sweet when i went (lingerie party on the roof)

Also there is an Ice Bar inside of the Monte Carlo Hotel that was pretty sweet. Everything and i mean EVERYTHING including your cup is made out of ice. You get a parka and gloves and its below freezing in there.

And lastly, about 30 min away is the Hoover Dam which is pretty cool day trip. Also, if you have time and never seen the Grand Canyon i highly recommend taking a trip if you don't know whens the next time you will get a chance to go back. It's about 4 hours away from Vegas and a beautiful drive there. but words can not describe the Grand Canyon. We were in Vegas for 3 nights and took about 12 hours of one day to make a trip there. WELL worth it!.

To clarify a little, i'm looking at about 1500 spending money and i'm going with my girlfriend, neither of us are big into clubbing, i've grown out of it. Only reason for me to be there is to get laid which is taken care of.

Last summer I worked at this strip club in Kelowna : http://www.cheetahsshowlounge.com/ - No drinking in a full nude in USA?? That's bullshit, you can drink and watch a full naked chick spin around a pole and then back her asshole right up to your face in Canada. So I doubt i'll be going to any strip clubs.

    Plans so far -
Wednesday - Go see Paul Vigil in King Ink in The Mirage then go to Fremont

Thursday - Attending a wedding at Caesers Palace (Lago Buffet + unlimited drinks)(gf is the photographer, so while she's doing that during the day, i'm gonna try to get into a poker tournament any suggestions?)

Friday - Tickets for KA Cirque purchased

Saturday - Tickets for Phantom purchased
