A couple months back I did some wheelin' and dealin' and ended up trading a bayou 220 and $600 for a suzuki z400. The Z is a great quad, very fun. BUT with colder weather on it's way i've been thinking i'd like to sell it and get something like an old blazer/jeep/bronco. Something 4wd (yea, I drive a 5 lug). This wouldn't JUST be a winter vehicle but also something fun for me and my friends to beat on year round without worrying about "ruining" it. This would also save some wear and tear on the taco (which is paid for and I'll probably be upgrading my 1st gen 5 lug to a 2nd gen 4x4 DC in the next year or two).
I still live with my parents, we have antique insurance on our '69 442 and it's very cheap, like 60 bucks a year. We could add something like a CJ7,70's K5 blazer or early bronco to that policy for about the same amount of money. I'm looking to get something like $1800 out of the Z and don't want to spend more than $2500 on whatever I decide on. I've also thought about using that money for a Macbook Pro which would be UBER nice for school.
My real question is, "What would the good people of TW do?"
