    Ok, so not sure how many are aware but there is major money being tossed around in the PA, WV, and OH regions in regards to the shale formations. Looking for someone knowledgeable or experienced in these lease deals as it is heading my way and I need to know what to watch out for...be prepared for lease negotiations.

    Anyone have prior experience?
