    yea. but too bad air evac takes fucking forever to get where we are. its a half an hour ambulance ride running code to the trauma center but it takes the bird almost 45 just to get there.

    our main stretch of "hot spots for wrecks" is within 5 minutes of the hospital, but the other side of our district is 20 minutes away

    yea our hotspot is the interstate but its a good 30-40 min ride running code and hauling some serious ass to the nearest hospital. i live in BFE lol

    neglect, mostly.
    pediatric head trauma in NC is automatic life flight. loaded a buddy of mine on a helicopter a few years ago after a four wheeler wreck. he was going up a steep hill and his four wheeler rolled back on him and the handle bar can back and ripped the side of his face off. crazy shit..

    ours are awesome, i wish i had pics of them in use but usually my phone gets left behind, on a sidenote we had a rollover today, patient were fine but a good example of try before you pry, drivers side opened perfect pass side was buckled so nothing, not even the glove box opened....but a haligan bar can fix that

    i think lifestar did get bought out. ill have to ask my mother she used to fly for them back when i was a kid. I know omniflight did and i think so did airevac but idk who bought them out
