Growing Marijuana on Probation

    I was watching some show and the cops came to this guys house and found all of this marijuana growing in his house. Turns out he is a "Medical Marijuana Contributer" so he's allowed to grow marijuana even though he's on probation for drug use. What kind of sence does it make to let a guy on probation for drugs grow marijuana as a contributor? And he tells the cops he's "trying to turn (his) life around" :confused:
