    I believe eBay requires a Premier account to sell stuff, but that is the only place I have heard of that has a restriction on it. I am not even 100% sure that they do, but I have heard something about that in the past. I have never sold anything on eBay, though.

    You don't even have to have a PayPal account to sell on here, so either of them will work. But I would plan on every scenario before setting it up.

    Might as well go Premier, as I believe the fees are practically the same.

    Supercharger, OME lift w/ LR UCAs, running boards, toolbox, extinguisher mount, skidplate, N-Fab light bar, 40" R.I. LED bar, WO seat covers, TRD intake, Weathertech mats and visors, stubby antenna, hood struts, LED interior lighting, Hella Supertones, and other stuff I'm forgetting.
    If you are just using it to buy stuff or sell occasionally the personal is fine.
    I think with the premier you are able to process credit card numbers and you pay less fees if you are making tons of transactions... something like that.
    I've been using paypal for about 4 or 5 years and buy/sell stuff regularly, and never have needed more than a personal account. Just make sure you verify your account.
