Need help unlocking iphone 3g for Tmobile

    2000 Tacoma 5lug Lowered & 2008 Tacoma 4x4 Lifted
    I just picked up a iphone 3g 8g from a buddy for $30 and its like brand new. I am on tmobile now but need to unlock this iphone for me to use my sim. Can somebody help me do a step by step on how to do this? I can root android phones but i never touched an iphone.

    take it to a local phone shop they will be able to do it for like 20 bucks or check on cl for people who do it.
