When people end statements with question marks. Example: "I thought the truck was black?"

This one drives me insane. When I go to the gas station to pick something up and the person behind the counter will say, "Credic or debic?". That drives me completely insane! They will also say, "did you buy and fruel?". It's very frustrating. Learn how to speak properly!
