    8 out of 10 calls I am a paramedic... the other 2, I resemble a firefighter. Really I'm just a janitor with special skills... Clean the toilets, vacuum, mop, dishes, etc everyday. I'd like to think I'm like a doctor but they don't usually don't have to do the toilets.. Asked of me many years ago:"What's the difference between god and a paramedic? Answer: "God doesn't think he's a paramedic!" I could not argue this.

    nah, i am not in the medical field. i work in construction. i do alot of different jobs. but the only medical training i have recieved was in First aid. that sort of stuff. Ya know if somebody cuts their hand open on some metal, i gotta help in dressing it and cleaning.

    yes, i am.....i am doing a residency in combined internal medicine/pediatrics (Med-Peds) and will probably do a fellowship in hematology-oncology or just oncology

    i do it all for the chicks, money, respect and chicks


    nah, its probably about as glorious as Scrubs.....which is by far the most realistic medical show out there

    I was an EMT/firefighter for 7 yrs in the 90's..........let my EMT lapse about 6yrs ago
