I know it is awesome. I am paying under $0.80/liter up here in Canada. It was pushing about $1.40 about a month ago!

AZ is still at 2.30 tch. Missouri I think my dad said was at like 1.7x. tch. Still better than it was, but even 1.7x is too expensive, especially when back in the 2000 it was what, less than $1.00 per gal.

When I first started driving my dodge shadow took less than a $10 bill to fill up. :sigh: I'm used to $70+ fill ups now (91 octane G35, VR4, ect). Taco gets 87 and she don't seem to mind.

Down to the $2.1-s here in Birmingham. I hate that the economy is doing so poorly, but at least the gas is cheap.

Was driving back into KC from the east on I-70, and from the highway, I could see a couple of stations at $1.63 and many at $1.67. This was down 15¢ from yesterday when I saw $1.77 to $1.81 going the other way.

I don't remember ever seeing a station that gave you a discount for the use of cash. I use a BP card to get 5% (though it's not instant... have to accumulate and redeem rewards), so my $2.15/gal is just $2.05 in the end.

Still... I wish we were seeing these $1.80's y'all are talking about!
