The next big challenge is being strong this Thursday. Don't yield to temptation....remember how far you have come these past few days. Don't break your winning streak.

How long since you've had a drink? Let's keep this counting days thing going. :D

good to see you are doing good today. Like you said, just keep taking one day at a time. There will be times that you want to fall back down but DON'T let that happen. Keep on fighting!

Hey James. I made my signature for you. I'll change it every day. I'll keep it till you reach 60. That's only twice more than what you have so far. Deal? :)

I remember the beginning of the road to my recovery,it was pure hell. Burnt so many bridges, was homeless, sleeping in a back parking w/snow falling on me as I slept.(rock bottom, nope I had to hit it twice) Hell of a ride. They say one day @ a time, hell at that point it was one hour, minute,or second at a time. You have to want it (sobriety) I've tried to do it for mom or dad ex wife but I did not want it so I slid right back in. Finally after losing everything twice I finally got a clue. I'm not going to lie, to this day i still think about going back to my old ways but I'm at a point where I just tell myself just one more day, just one more day. I've been doing that now since 2008. Good luck to you!
