    I lived upstairs in a two story house one time that had a bee problem. I noticed a lot of bees flying around the house and some of them were getting inside (old windows). I saw a small hole where they were going into the wall. I called the landlord since I'm allergic to bee stings. He bought a big can of Raid and brought over a ladder. He perched up by the hole and proceeded to empty the can inside the hole. I went inside since I didn't want to get stung.

    I couldn't believe the volume all those bees made. It sounded like my whole wall was buzzing. Very Eerie! About a year later, they had to open the wall to construct a new front door (old stairway was not within code and it was too close to the property line so he had to put the stairs there). The construction workers tore into the wall and there were thousands of bees in there with a honey comb that ran the full height of the wall.
