Neither. Although they perform their required function admirably, they are ruthless on your insides. I was arriving at work one morning about a year ago, and I poured the last few swallows I had out on the pavement beside my truck. Didn't notice until the next morning, but the stain on the pavement from when I poured my Monster out the day before was still there. Eeek! Would hate to see the residue its leaving on my insides. I gave up Monster/Red Bull that day. And softdrinks over all really. They're little Diabetes factories if you ask me.

A small Red Bull, the single serving cans, it gives me a nice awake feeling and don't really crash off of them. Sometimes I'll drink a Mt. Dew Amp'd but only about half of a can because if I drink the whole thing it gets me wired up and jumpy and I usually crash hard on those. Never really drank a Monster but love the logo.

Monster. Red Bull tastes like cough syrup to me. I just wish they made 8oz cans.

Used to like Rock Star passion fruit. It was 40% juice. Now they changed the mix and are selling sugarwater in a VERY similar can. Schmucks.

I'll grab a Red Bull sugarfree on the way to the duck marsh - it gets me awake for the drive and keeps me from getting hungry while I shoot my limit of mallards.

Red Bull. I drank them pretty hard in college but have only had two in the 6 months since. I popped one open halfway through my Real Analysis final and i swear everyone in the course almost jumped over the desks to steal it.
