i didnt know you were a chick either, but anyways you guys are going about it the wrong way. you got to eat ridiculous things at crazy hours of the night while laying down. and then pass out. for example, 2 jr whoppers, 1 chicken sandwitch, king size fries, and some nuggets. eat that at 12:30 AM laying in your bed watching tv, then pass out. good luck:)

working, if u mean workingout then there is no reason to stop... just consume more callories....it doesnt have to be pure sugar and unhealthy foods just lots of simple carbs added to your meals and maybe eat larger meals at that....im in the bulking stage as well...im 205 and need to hit 240 before summer starts for football last year i was 170 and hit 220 before the summer so i kno a little about gaining weight from being around my trianer and putting his advice to good use.

example/patatoes, bread, lots of differnt pastas, rice...........and dont stop eating your healthy diet just add these on, and if u need an extra kick buy a high callorie protien shake at ur local nutrition store

Eat alot of carbs. I have a real high metabolism and gaining weight has always been a challenge. There was one exception and that was when I was in jail. Eating all the carb-laden crap that was fed to me over the course of 3 months helped me gain about 20lbs.

Medicine. I have a high metabolism, too and it was hard as heck gaining weight, fat or muscle. After I started with the medicine, I was putting on 5-7lbs a week. Eventually I ballooned up to 275lb, this was from my beginning weight of 140lbs. After some adjustments, I settled at 230. Not my ideal weight, but I'm pretty active. I also eat quite a bit of food everyday.
