$1000 'rare Gamecube bundle' (one game; Click here)

$800 Wii + Zelda twilight princess bundle

I'm pretty sure it's illegal/against-rules to sell this stuff new over MSRP (the Wii + Zelda)

I'm pretty sure that's call "free market." If someone will pay more than MSRP- That's their problem....Not the sellers.

It's price gouging, and Nintendo has an agreement that retailers can ONLY sell it at MSRP. Otherwise they lose their product.

Negative- Price gouging specifically refers to pricing items (usually required/normal commodities-not toys) far higher than market value would support in anticipation of or after a civil disturbance (riots, natural distasters, etc) and when no other alternative is available.

This is just a seller who is pricing a package at very high cost-Which will mean folks will get it else where if it's cheaper.

And I'm going to guess that Amazon wouldn't violate an agreement with Nintendo....So they either 1) Don't have one or 2) are in line with it.

Either they'll learn they're stupid or someone else will find out and kick their self in the butt so hard they need a surgeon to get it out.

Totally true- That's the other part of "free market." They can try to sell whatever they want...and if it's a crappy deal..They won't
