    another homeless man found stabbed to death, this time right by my house! this is the 4th or 5th victim of this serial killer.

    Oh that's awful. It's cold out in the streets during winter. Not having enough food or access to a bathroom to clean yourself. Now the homeless have to worry about going to sleep and if their safety is being jeopardized even more.
