    Guy gets stopped for a DUI in NM, put in solitary confinement. For 2 years! They literally locked him up and threw away the key.

    Just wound up with a $22M judgment against the county.

    DWI is such a huge problem in this state because of lax laws. I agree they need to make punishment much more severe but this is going a little far:eek:
