    I would hand out the most severe beating I could if I ever caught anyone doing stuff like that. A buddy of mine posted a deal on FB last week about some kids shoving a "high powered fire cracker" m-80 or something similar I guess into a german shepherds mouth and somehow tying the mouth shut, made me absolutely sick. Same thing, I would beat someone mercilously.
