Obama visited the company I work for, Master Lock, at the plant in Milwaukee. We just brought 100 jobs back from China to our plant, all union jobs. We were mentioned a couple of times in the State of the Union address for doing this, I guess he wanted to see for himself. I think this is on CNN today. Regardless of whether you agree with the Prez or not, it's pretty cool when he visits your plant and recognizes your company for bringing jobs back to the US.

i'm don't know anything about that, but we're going to have another kick ass year this year. we are at full capacity in the plant for the first time in 15 years. if the housing market would finally turn around, and if school budgets ever get restored, we will do even better.

what's to explain... a tragedy of irony, ...these companies (and the list is acutally much longer, but you get the point) either layed off employees, or when TU, after "visits"... his pet project was solyndra, which got a 1/2 billion dollar taxpayer-funded loan, went TU, ..bankrupt, sionara...

i dont think he has done bad for our country. but i really didnt want him to win election in the first place.
i read somewhere that over 40% of his voters voted for him because he is black.
i would still love to meet any president reguardless if i hated him or not lol

This is descending into politics, as expected. No political discussions on TW for a reason--it will get ugly if allowed to continue. Hopefully a mod will lock this thread before this thing explodes.
