Signed! I love the Outer Banks. When I recovered from cancer my friends treated me & my family for a vacation there. The beach, sand & sea... ahhh what a great feeling. It helped me with my recovery.

Ohh & the fishing, my goodness I love it there. That is a great catch Namyo. :headbang:

Rode from Suffolk (VA) to the OBX with six friends today on our bikes for lunch, we're all OBX supporters and visit numerous times a year on our bikes and trucks. We've all supported the effort to keep the beaches open, most of us also own trucks capable of enjoying the beaches and used to enjoy the open access we deserve.

I have done all the hi-pro mods for a life time, since I got this truck at a great price, I will be happy with showroom new.
please try to get anyone you can to sign this. I know its hard to understand and if you have never been there to get mad, but this was the first national seashore, Congress mandated.... it was to be set aside for the enjoyment and recreational use of all people. when the set aside the land, they told the locals, and got them so sign away any land claims that they would always have open access to the beach, and this would be the best way to prevent private delv. that would keep them away.
and what is really bad, if you look at the park service map the beaches that are open most have to way to get to them, maybe swimming....
and with the best fishing areas closed, most year all year, it will destroy the locals.
